WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
All sales are final and size exchange is not allowed. We have a strict no return policy due to hygiene concerns.
Returns are only possible in the event of manufacturing defect.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, OR ISN’T WHAT I ORDERED?
If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. Please email us and let us know the details of your package.
We would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photos, videos) of the products in order to expedite the process.
All damaged or defective requests must be submitted to us within 24 hours of receiving the product..
Returns due to manufacturing defect are subject to a case-by-case review
If we believe the damage is due to user negligence, we reserve the final right to reject the refund request.
REFUND PROCESS IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated while placing your order. All returns will be refunded via your original payment method.
There is no need to send the defective item back to us unless explicitly requested. Please dispose of the damaged / defective garment at your nearest local fabric recycling centre.
